𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑫𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔
- Plan and execute the SYS & SW quality activities required on assigned projects as per Tier1 internal process, customer requirements and applied standards.
- Evaluate performed SYS & SW project activities and work products against Tier1 internal standards.
- Detect and report deviations, non-compliances & quality risks resulting from SYS & SW quality assurance audits.
- Track and follow-up on deviations and detected issues till closure.
- Quality approval authority on customer releases (Release Audits).
- Participate in internal ASPICE assessments on assigned projects (as a lead or co-assessor).
- Guide and support project team members to apply Functional Safety and Cyber Security standards and requirements.
- Guide and support project team members on performing root cause analysis & lessons learnt to eliminate common deviations and recurrent issues.
- Support in project & process KPIs definition, collecting and monitoring.
- Customer contact for any SYS & SW quality assurance related topics.
- Support in project management activities.
- Participate in SYS/SW development process definition, deployment and continuous improvement.
- Prepare training material and conduct training sessions for knowledge sharing.
𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔
- BSc / MSc in Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 3+ years of experience in System/Software Quality Assurance in the automotive industry.
- 2+ years of experience in Embedded Software Development
- Experience or knowledge in ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), and ISO 21434 (Automotive Cybersecurity) is a plus.
- Very good presentation, communication and training skills.
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.
- Certified IATF 16949 auditor is a plus.
- Preferably to have experience in car displays development (infotainment systems, clusters...).
- Fluency in English is a must. Must be able to write clear process description / guidelines from scratch.
- Good command of German language is a plus.
