Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the employee life cycle (from hiring to retiring).
  • Conduct HR Orientation Session.
  • Responsible for the personnel tasks.
  • Administer the benefits program (Medical insurance, offers, Lines, … etc.).
  • Responsible for the Exit Interviews analysis.
  • Responsible for the Internal Communication plan and implementations.
  • Accountable for the BCP (business continuity Plan). 
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • IT industry background is preferred.
  • Familiar with Odoo ERP System.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • MS package skills.
  • Excellent at English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
