Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the employee life cycle (from hiring to retiring).
- Conduct HR Orientation Session.
- Responsible for the personnel tasks.
- Administer the benefits program (Medical insurance, offers, Lines, … etc.).
- Responsible for the Exit Interviews analysis.
- Responsible for the Internal Communication plan and implementations.
- Accountable for the BCP (business continuity Plan).
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience.
- IT industry background is preferred.
- Familiar with Odoo ERP System.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- MS package skills.
- Excellent at English.
- Excellent communication skills.
