- Plan and execute the SYS & SW quality activities required on assigned projects as per Tier1 internal process, customer requirements and applied standards.ย
- Evaluate performed SYS & SW project activities and work products against Tier1 internal standards.ย
- Detect and report deviations, non-compliances & quality risks resulting from SYS & SW quality assurance audits.ย
- Track and follow-up on deviations and detected issues till closure.ย
- Quality approval authority on customer releases (Release Audits).ย
- Participate in internal ASPICE assessments on assigned projects (as a lead or co-assessor).ย
- Guide and support project team members to apply Functional Safety and Cyber Security standards and requirements.ย
- Guide and support project team members on performing root cause analysis & lessons learnt to eliminate common deviations and recurrent issues.ย
- Support in project & process KPIs definition, collecting and monitoring.ย
- Customer contact for any SYS & SW quality assurance related topics.ย
- Support in project management activities.ย
- Participate in SYS/SW development process definition, deployment and continuous improvement.ย
- Prepare training material and conduct training sessions for knowledge sharing.ย

๐ธ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐ย
- BSc / MSc in Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science.ย
- 3+ years of experience in System/Software Quality Assurance in the automotive industry.ย
- 2+ years of experience in Embedded Software Developmentย
- Experience or knowledge in ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), and ISO 21434 (Automotive Cybersecurity) is a plus.ย
- Very good presentation, communication and training skills.ย
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.ย
- Certified IATF 16949 auditor is a plus.ย
- Preferably to have experience in car displays development (infotainment systems, clusters...).ย
- Fluency in English is a must. Must be able to write clear process description / guidelines from scratch.ย
- Good command of German language is a plus.ย
