Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop Software Architecture of various projects based on SW Requirements in a structured way according to the defined process.
- Communicate independently and agree with customers on a technical and conceptual level.
- Lead and support the team technically to ensure quality SW development and integration.
- Main contact person for the project internally.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 7+ years in AUTOSAR based SW development, configuration and integration is a must.
- Hands on experience in developing UML based Architecture using EA or similar tool is a must.
- Strong C programming in compliance with MISRA C.
- Different SDLC phases (requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance) working experience.
- Solid experience with general peripherals and communication interfaces, including CAN, CAN-FD, SPI, I2C, UART, PWM, GPIO, and EIRQ, AUTOSAR OS and AUTOSAR VFB.
- Familiarity with Vector tools such as Davinci Configurator, Davinci Developer, CanDela, CANoe, and VTT.
- Working knowledge of ASPICE processes and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on knowledge of automotive communication standards such as CAN-matrix, Ethernet, FlexRay, LIN, AUTOSAR NM, ISO 15765 (including ISO-TP and diagnostic sessions), ISO 14229 (UDS commands), and optionally ISO 150316.
- Experience with configuration and version management tools.
- Familiarity with Display Modules or Cluster Modules is preferred.
- Experience with systems like Easy Redmine and Tortoise SVN/GIT is a plus.
- Experience with ISO 26262 Part 6 (Software) for functional safety compliance is a plus.
- Experience with ISO 21434 for firmware-level cybersecurity safety is a plus.
- Result-oriented, with high adaptability to different working styles, tools, and project environments.
- Able to travel within Europe and occasionally to Asia.
- Strong teamwork spirit with proven collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- Good command of English is a must, and German is a plus.
